Pitching choppy now on new Xbox and monitor

What’s going on? Upgraded to new monitor and Xbox running 120 fps and pitching is almost impossible now I used to be able to almost always throw perfect pitches on my old one. So weird feeling

Is there a setting I’m unaware of or have wrong?

It’s the basic Xbox controller. Buy a Power A controller from local target or Amazon

Nah I had the basic controller on my old Xbox and could get perfect like every time…maybe the one that came with the Xbox is bad you saying? Maybe I’ll try my old one cause I was in fact using the new controller

Idk cause actually I used my new controller with the old tv and didn’t have this issue til I used a new monitor

Hmm not sure… maybe settings in your monitor? Just know when I switched to Xbox series x, the regular controller did not work for me and as soon as I bought the new controller it worked perfectly

Yes you have to buy a “power A” controller
I’m a PS5 guy but when all the content creators switched to xbox during the whole 120fps fiasco they said they were unable to use pinpoint with the standard Xbox controller and needed to buy the Power A controller to pitch with pinpoint- hope this helps

That’s crazy how lame, my old Xbox was fine lol perfect perfects all day. Thank you though I guess I gotta get a new controller now too. -

Thank you though I guess I gotta get a new controller now too.Yea idk what it is with the Xbox controller but I specifically remember Kyle and pretty much all other content creators saying it was near impossible to use pinpoint with the standard Xbox controller and when they switched to the power A controller all was good. That should fix the issue

I just bought a power A controller today, and noticed a huge difference.
Pinpoint Pitching just wouldn't work for me using the standard Xbox controller -

Pinpoint Pitching just wouldn't work for me using the standard Xbox controllerI just did also and while it’s not choppy for no reason I find it so much harder to pitch with these joysticks it’s like they’re too tight, can’t throw a fastball cause they snap back too fast it seems like, anyone else know that.
