I believe there is a daily cap. Maybe you reached it.

No - there is something else going on as my son this morning was not getting gameplay XP so had to file a ticket. He definitely hasn’t reached any max as he doesn’t play that much.

Just tell them you keep erroring out when trying to buy stubs, they will personally show up to your doorstep to fix the issue

Sometimes you have to do a hard reset of the system cause the casqe is full it's like clearly your browser history.

I think on Xbox and switch there's a bug.

This has been an issue for a while. Happened to me at the beginning of the previous program. I started getting XP again about 2 weeks before the program ended. I also submitted a ticket about it but haven't heard anything back. That was a month ago. I highly doubt it has to do with daily XP caps like some people have said.

There was something mentioned on here or Twitter or in the patch notes. Some systems either Xbox or last gen where the post game screen shows no XP but you are actually getting the XP. It's a visual bug. Only way to tell is to look at your XP before a game then after . I'm on ps5 so do not have that issue.

We’re on PS5 here so that’s not the issue. My son is genuinely not getting any gameplay XP. Sucks but will see what they write back whenever that happens.

I’m having the same issue on ps5 . Only XP I’m getting pretty is from moments or exchange. Tried vs cpu , march to October , conquest and im getting nothing .

Got this response today , I’m currently uninstalling aNd reinstalling to give it a shot

Yeah - I’m doing the same. We actually have 2 PS5s so I was able to see that my son got XP while playing on my system but not his. Strange but we are reinstalling now so hopefully that does the trick.
