Honestly besides Randy there's a glut of guys that are very similar. Comes down to preference L/R and preference of pitch repertoire.

1. 92 Dallas Keuchel
2. 90 Casey Mize
3. 90 Bob Gibson
4. 88 Randy Johnson
5. 90 Logan Webb

Not a great starting 5 but that's what it is for me right now as my best. 84 Prospect Mick Abel was my best pitcher for awhile. Still has the best ERA of all my starters

This is pretty much on point. The other top guys are kind of finesse pitchers. Great choices maybe for high levels of RS but otherwise not amazing.

1. Randy
2. Ohtani- nice pitch mix, can hit, but also can get rocked
3. Burnes- pitch mix is top tier, really good control, underated, best bang for you buck at under 30k.
   4 and 5- degrom, Musina, Price, Max, Roy, Orel. I usually prefer Degrom and Price here, but I also have guys that I try to parallel here or work on pxp objectives.
   Budget beasts- kluber, Saberhagen, Strasburg

Randy, Halladay, and Keuchel stand above the rest. Beyond that Glavine, Mussina, Burnes, DeGrom, Ohtani are all close.
