We only get these three to choose from? That is a hard one. lol I actually liked Miller. His swing seemed nice, has some speed (more than France, less than Ray), and some pop (more than Ray, less than France). Plus he plays like every position. Ray is a nice speed option and a lefty 2b which is nice. But his power is lacking and I always like a player who has some position flexibility, Ray can only play 2b. Other budget options would be FOTF Jazz and FOTF Seager. LS Joram rakes but he might be above your price point same with Marte.

I would go Ray Durham out of these 3 since he has more ways to contribute to a win.. switch hitter with speed and defense
