Throw it out of the zone and hope they get weak contact if they do reach it.

No it's just a foul or a home run. I just gave up a wakl off home run on a pitch a foot above the k zone after a 12 pitch at bat.

Yep, a patch to fix contact swing so it functions like a true “contact swing” needs to happen.

That really does sound annoying. I don’t understand why if someone is swinging at pitches far out of the zone they are able to get good contact. I’m sure you tried this, but stay away from above the zone. Throw sliders way outside. Make sure the catcher can get to it if there is anyone on base.
Other than that I am at a loss. Do you have pitchers with high hits/9 and k/9? That will make their pci smaller.

Ya I can't imagine a strategy that could ever work vs such an opponent.
