Is the April Monthly Awards able to be unlocked? I’ve completed the required collection but it’s still locked.

Yes, you can complete the entire program without buying a card. There is one situation where you might get caught up (taking all pitchers or hitters with your first three packs).
Each stage is its own bucket. You can only earn enough points to get you to the next stage. Stage one might show a total of 90 possible points to earn but it will stop at 65.

I did take all pitchers. Except Ty France to complete the required collection. All moments completed. What do I need to do now?

Did you get the 3K in PXP with MA Hitters?

Take the pitchers. Do the pitcher missions but not the collection.
Sell the pitchers (you’ll get them back as NAT in stage 3). Buy the hitters and do the hitting missions.

You need to do all 4 of their individual pxp missions. And then you need to do the 3000 pitcher pxp mission and 2500 hitter pxp mission.
