Is bunting broken?

I keep popping up. Even in showdown with massive drag but boost, using roman Quinn w 99 bunt I can't lay down a bunt....

Definitely seems patched from last year when it was pretty glitchy to lay one down

Arenado did the same to me too, 25 attribute for Drag Bunting did it better than LS Buxton

I feel like I can never get those dead sac bunts that the CPU can get. I don't care about being able to get great dragbunts. But I feel like trying to sacrifice a runner to end shouldn't be a double play ball 60-70% of the time.
