Conquer both NY strongholds before the third turn? Is this the old extreme map?

I read it wrong and thought it said Conquer 3 stronghols in 3 turns. Got it done, but that game against the Orioles on legend was unnecessary lol

Did you play them on legend intentionally? I managed to do both NY teams on AS and by the time i got to Baltimore, it was on veteran.

I’ve had to restart this one. Never had to restart a Conquest Map before. Just played a 7 inning game on veteran against the Yanks trying to steal 2 million fans.
This map looks to be crazy hard to meet the goals.
Am I to assume that even with stealing fans on veteran, you have to play either Yanks or Blue jays on Allstar or higher?

Beat NY NY and Bal on HoF; doable and the 13 turns to complete the map by then is a breeze

That’s a shame. I enjoy Conquest. Even though the game are “scripted” to an extent.

Do you struggle on veteran? If you don't and win most of your games, you'll be fine playing on all star. It's really not that much harder. Just be a little more patient and you'll do fine.

Its not really that hard. You should give it a try anyway. If AS is a struggle, you're not gonna get any better until you take some pitches, take a few swings and at least try. There are some good rewards on this one....a hidden Headliner choice pack too.

I stole fans on All Star and played the games on all star/veteran. And rookie at the end. Normally I'd avoid stealing fans but I need to grind POTM pxp anyways so it's whatever.

I didn't have to play any games above veteran to do this one. Got it all done on time.

The first turn I went straight for whichever NY team was closest, checked to see if I could play them on Veteran. I ended up stealing fans from then on vet turn 1, then beating them on vet turn 2 and heading down to the other NY team. Did the same thing, got right to them, stole fans on vet, then played them on vet. From there I went to baltimore and I think I had to steal fans again to get the game on vet, but it wasn't tough. Then from there I conquered all the open territories on my side of the map then was able to not steal fans anymore and played the last games on rookie because of my numbers.

Hey, trust me when I tell you, you can beat them on AS if you just buckle down and focus a bit. It is also my second season..I have won a total 8 games on RS, mostly early quits. Never a 9 inning game online. I am not very good at all but last year, the player programs had a mission to win a 9 inning game against that players team (i.e. beat the Padres on All Star to earn Huston Street). I struggled but eventually had no trouble. Remember, they are 3 inning games so a loss doesn't set you back much. Load your team with Topps and monthly players or do the team build for Spring Cleanup. That way, if you lose a game you'll still get some the PXP grinding done.

1st Attacting turn I went straight to the Yankees & played them on All-Star & won to take over their Stronghold. Within that same 1st Attacking turn I moved down 1 space from the Mets. I then Stole 3 fans from the Mets on All-Star. Then Reinforced that 1 space from the Mets with a total of 10 Fans on it (The 6 earned from total spaces occupied, plus 3 I won from Stealing them, plus the 1 that was already there) I then attacked directly adjacent to their Stronghold with 9 fans & won & attacked the Mets Stronghold with my remaining 8 fans, played them on Veteran & now I hade both the Strongholds of the Yankees & Mets within that 2nd turn. I also completed the goal of taking all Strongholds within the minimum turns required. However I had to do the Map a 2nd time just to get the Total Fan Turn Goal & Occupying every territory on the map as well.

My issue is pitch speeds. My eyesight sucks so all star speeds are hard to pick up. Is there a way to play the Mets on veteran?
At this point I'm doing the map for the packs and that's it. -

At this point I'm doing the map for the packs and that's it.Maybe you should play on a monitor that you could sit closer to. I play on a 48” tv and my couch is about 8 feet back, but when I play on my projector with a 100” screen, it’s a big difference. I’m 43, no glasses yet but I feel it coming slowly

41 & basically blind without glasses. I try to sit as close as I possibly can with my 55 inch (it's a good tv too).
Guess I just need to practice

The last mission is giving my anxiety. I complete all strongholds no problem but my issue is finishing the map within the 13th turn
