MLB The Show 22: Fielding badge not displaying proper rank.

I've noticed this in both my own account and multiple content creators videos. All of my players are in their primary positions and they aren't displaying the right fielding badge in game. It is as if they are getting a secondary position penalty regardless if they are in their primary or not. I'm not sure if it effects the players in game or not, nor the way to begin to test it. I haven't found a way to fix it unless have high 90s fielding at every position. I first experienced this in mini seasons, event games, and pretty much every other DD gamemode in 22. Is there a fix planned on this that anyone knows about or anything?

The fielding badge in games is just based off of the fielding attribute. The badge on the card is a combination of all three. It is dumb but that is just how it is

I understand that but when a card has 93 fielding and it is displaying them as a gold badge in game that makes no sense to me.

It happens with the ballplayer sometimes in conquest or play against cpu games. It's fine in Ranked Seasons or play with friends games.

I had it happen to Bryan Reynolds where it showed his fielding badge went from a should be gold to a silver when he's at an 84 for fielding. I heard (not sure if it's credible or not) from a friend the same happened to him with live series Buxton. Sometimes it shows up normal but it is inconsistent.

Could it be that Reynolds was playing at a secondary position? That 84 fielding would be probably be a 79 with the secondary position penalty and therefore be silver if he was.

Yeah, in conquest or mini seasons it’ll decrease my ballplayer’s fielding attributes by 7. Does anyone know a fix to this?
