Your first mistake is buying all the LS cards when you don’t even have the big fish
I would sell all diamonds and golds until you get Trout

Grinding the event, selling your dupes. Cleaning out your binder for jerseys unlockables, icons etc that you'll never use. I did that 2 weeks ago and had 170k in stuff I'll never use.

I used that tactic to knock out the NL East after pulling Acuna. Very effective.

If not, flipping on the market is your best bet
I just now saved up enough to place a buy order for Trout
Went 12-1 this morning to net Tatis, sold him, now waiting for someone to sell me the big fish

Ohhhh no wayyy! I thought I would have to keep all that stuff! Ill sell everything tonight when I get to my PS. Thanks this is why i asked cuz I know there was something i was missing!!!!

Sell anyone or anything not on your active roster and don't lock anything in until you have him. Or even until you have the other players over 100k stubs. Try flipping some cards. Equipment did well for me. Try to get free packs from mini seasons( if its working for you ) and conquest maps. I was doing that easy one to get 5 packs like 10 times in a row to open 50 at a time. I was also doing the HR mission in mini seasons over and over to get prospect packs and selling them for like 2k each. Was mind numbing but worked

Should have been flawless. 10-0, up 1-0 top 3rd, he’s down to his last out, runner on second, I jam Mondesi and he gets a perfect seeing eye single
Then I crumbled in the 4th but whatever. Still a nice haul

To piggy back off this, use the app. Click on the 22, then my inventory, filter, ownership, and then dupes. I made about 10k today just on some silver and bronze cards that had been rotting away in my inventory. It's much faster to sell on the app compared to the website or the game.

I think I can get to 12 wins (on my best day) but my BR runs always end with a freeze off or some technical difficulty. So I save myself the sweat and grind the reward path instead.

Yes. There is an option in the drop down menu. The default is player cards.

It is definitely stressful if/when you get to 9-0 or 9-1 and see a potentially expensive 12 win reward
My strategy is to play BR when I know I’m locked in, usually coming off good swings in RS on HOF or Legend. Don’t play those important, last 3 games unless you know you’re in the zone
Stay calm, work counts, and good luck. I’ve also experienced some freeze offs in BR last year at terrible times, but, luckily I haven’t had that happen yet this year
