While playing RTTS, I realized that in my archetype program is not progressing even though ive been playing the game a lot and have been doing all the challenges. However, I have not been earning progress in the missions, and the program itself. Is there a fix for this? Can someone please help me with this?

It has been reported by many players. You should create a ticket with the Support team.

I can confirm that I was able to skip forward eventually.
My first time seeing this issue was with The Knucksie. It progressed to gold, but now gold is stuck at 0/100 and no progress is happening.
I then started a new starting pitcher with Control archetype. Bronze Control was stuck 22/100, and no more progress was recording after that.
I created a new Closer with Control archetype, and this was able to move the needle to 25/100. I would have continued, but playing as a Closer is no fun: I spent more time loading games than actually playing.
So, I went back and deleted the previous starting pitcher, and created a new one. Yes, I lost some progress, but not a lot. With this new pitcher I was able to continue the previous career and continue progress on the Control archetype. I am now progressing towards Gold Control with this pitcher.

    Lessons learned:

    1. Archetype progress is shared across ballplayers of the same trait, e.g. pitcher with Velocity, regardless of position. I assume this will translate accordingly to batters.
    2. Career files can be continued with other ballplayers seamlessly. I have started my pitching career with a Break archetype. When I maxed that, I continued the same career file with a new player, using Velocity, which I also taken to Diamond. Next up, I continued with a Knucksie, but only to gold (see above), and now with a Control guy. I'm approaching my fourth October, I think.

I'm a dual player and I'm only progressing my archetype when hitting. Pitching is a complete waste of time and it is very frustrating. I submitting an issue, but not sure what/can be done to help me?

So you had to delete your character for it to progress? Bummer. My sparkplug catcher is stuck at 25/100 at the Silver tier.

Has anyone found a fix for this? I've been stuck since second week of launch trying to progress ballplayer. I've reached out to SDS twice with no response. I just want to grind my archetypes and have fun and I can't. I've tried everything I can think of. I even bought the game on Switch to try and make something happen there. Still no dice.
