Also want to say, and I could be wrong, but the amount of players and streamers who are just now figuring all this stuff out, and the rumor that Xbox was 120hz all last year. It really makes me think that they would have gladly left this issue in the dark and allowed the playstation user to play the game at such a huge disadvantage.
Letting one team play at 120hz and restricting another team to playing at 60hz is akin to letting one team know what pitch is coming. It is an unfair advantage.
I feel like this is a commentary on something else but I just can’t put my finger on it……..

You're just being ignorant. Let's just conveniently forget Game 5 of that series in Minute Maid with the teams both tied at 2-2. Astros didn't has ONE single swing and miss on 51 breaking balls thrown by Kershaw and they needed 13 runs to win in extra innings. Kershaw in G1 at Dodger Stadium went 7 innings, 11 strikeouts, and only gave up 1 run. He threw 4 innings of relief in G7 at Dodgers stadium and gave up 0 runs and struck out 4. All I know is that the Astros have never won a World Series without cheating. Choked in 2019 with a super stacked team and choked in 2021 against the Braves.

Cool, keep deflecting. Not triggered. Just stating facts. That 2019 Astros lineup was compared to Murderers Row and had an awesome rotation and they lost to a wild card team at home. In fact they lost all 4 WS games at Minute Maid in 2019. That is a colossal choke.

I quit MLB the Show over 5 years+ ago. When I heard it was coming to Xbox last year I was ecstatic. I 100% the achievements last year. Hoping to do it once again this year. Gamepass has been a blessing.

Maybe not your intention, but that's a bit harsh. If the simple solution for me (in the sense that it doesn't bother me) is to turn off cross play, I'm satisfied. I used to work in tech and would obsess over specs and being up to date and the latest stuff. I changed field and really, what's the big deal with 60 vs 120 fps or 1080 vs 1440; or 120hz. There's a work around for that.
At the same time, PS5 owners who feel they got short changed knew that XBox had superior capacities at release, and that Sony had some catching up to do.
I turned off cross play as well.

I have been an Xbox guy since the 1st Original Xbox came out. I did not buy Xbox One & opted to buy instead PS3 & then PS4 only because Xbox no longer were releasing out 2K Baseball games. Only other game similar for console was MLBTS on PS3 & then PS4.
I'm not in any rush to buy a Next Gen console yet. Many games are still being released for the current consoles. When that is no longer the case & only way ro get new games released is by having a next gen console, then at that time I will get 1.
However it will Surely be a next gen Xbox because MLBTS is now for it as well. PS no longer has that monopoly over this game. I always preferred Xbox more no matter what.

For gaming there is a big difference between 60fps and 120fps. Anyone who says differently have never compared the two.

Some days I cannot move the pci to the ball and I wonder if it is due to not being able to hold my hands/thumbs vertically. I am terrible at the game however, so that could be it as well.
I’ve actually had the opposite reaction. With your thumb being more away from my hand I’ve hand to adjust to avoid pulling down. Sometimes still do. I did order another controller that’s supposed to be better, so we will see
