I'm leaving guilty/not guilty out of this for a second.
The LA Dodgers organization wants nothing to do with this situation. I would be SHOCKED if they didn't have something to do with the swaying of this. We all know how much the commissioner office goes all out to protect the Dodgers and Yankees.
The man wants to pitch. I feel badly for him about that part.
The Dodgers are probably smiling about not having to pay and have that money count towards their cap.

Marcell Ozuna gets 20 games for domestic violence.
Trevor Bauer gets TWO YEARS for consensual rough (probably will be censored)???
What a load of BS. Bauer needs to get a lawyer and fight this.

My personal opinion.... And I mean personal in every sense.... I think MLB has stuff. I don't trust any California DA Office. The Dodgers want no part of the Bauer drama and want to save some money. LA Dodgers made Manfraud's office make the suspension match the contract since it's the only way to effectively "void" it.
