Is it actually confirmed that you can play at 4K 120Hz on Xbox Series X? I do not recall changing any of my settings after the update.

Not looking good for ps5 users. Almost No one on mlb the shows twitter is mentioning this. And we all know twitter is the only thing companies care about.

4k@120hz (the hardware signal). The hardware signal doesn't equate to fps directly. However, the hardware signal (4k@120hz) reduces the input lag on my TV from 10.9ms to 5.9ms , which is more important than a frame boost, and actually likely does something similar.

Exactly what I want SDS to allow on PS5.

Yes, 4k@120hz for the hardware signal. The TV confirmed it was getting the signal at 120hz, 4k. I have the pictures and video. Just was testing it briefly (went into an event game), and sure enough, 4k@120hz stayed, even online.

And that right there is a problem, if we're not allowed the same thing. It's night and day difference.

I'm really thinking instead of buying a new monitor I'll just buy an Xbox. I already have a decent monitor. I can tell the difference the 120 makes rn in practice mode.

Not us Xbox user's fault that the Playstation 5 is an inferior system (both software and hardware wise). Sony has struggled with their VRR patch for the past year due to software compatibility issues. This is pretty funny, actually, as so many PlayStation people were bashing Xbox users before. Karma is a bi.....

No need to get hostile, I wasn't blaming Xbox at all. I'm blaming SDS, they can make it so that we can use the same thing now that we DO have VRR. I don't even want to debate which console is better because quite frankly, I don't give a fck. 🙂

I’m not sure about all that. The PS5 is a fine system and has a superior controller, but there are pros and cons to each. If SDS allows 120hz online I would imagine it will run MLBTS just as good if not better. It is amazing offline right now.

Console wars is so dumb and it goes both ways; should see PlayStation Twitter, I mean talk about no life…

Sony seemed to screw over loyal PlayStation players now 2
Yrs in a row. Maybe not Intentional.

There was a rumor last year that they could do online franchise w XB servers but
Not with PS. But they couldn’t do that because it would give one feature to one system while the other didn’t have it.

I wouldn’t mind if they gave online franchise to xb and custom sounds/music to ps.
