Attributes update?

I’ve been watching a lot of home videos of players practicing hitting and I feel like we should get upgrade or downgrade based off of what guys are doing at home to their live series cards.
Maybe do like a Topps moments where you have to hit a ball out of a backyard with Jorge Soler’s kid. -

How do players get downgraded this way? Their home game is lacking? Too many donuts? Marathoned all of tiger king in a day? F'n B Carole Baskin....
