Unhandled Server Exception

Every time I try to go in and load up diamond dynasty I keep getting a network error(“An unhandled server exception occurred.”) I tried using my brothers account on this ps4 and his works fine but it’s mine that won’t work at all. It’s been like this for a week, does anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

Let me one up you. I’ve had it send me back to the DD screen while my Xbox is still clearly connected to Xbox live in the sixth inning my last three or four games.
