Xbox shut downs

Third time this year the game crashed in the 9th inning of a cpu game trying to farm pxp. Anyone else? Sds aware of this? Really annoyed wasting an hour plus putting up 40 runs for it to crash

How is that glitching anything? If it is I won’t do it anymore. Kind of what I’m asking, is that causing this? I’m just trying to get the cover program so I put a lineup of all those guys. I don’t remember the circumstances of the first two times

Maybe 40 runs put the whammy jammy on the scoreboard, causing the game to tilt, like old pinball machines.
Seriously, that stinks.
What team did you put a 40 burger on? -
So… did the game crash or did your Xbox actually shut down and power off? Those are two completely different issues.

22 is a crash machine. hope they fix it soon.

How is that glitching the game? I have played on hall of fame and made it to 7th inning several times and the game will freeze usually on a foul ball caught by my fielder. I now just pull off the defender and let the ball land foul. It hasn't locked up since. But what the OP wrote is not glitching at least from my perspective.

it’s the game crashing, just cuts to black, and then Home Screen.

yeah you can judge all you want, but I had an hour to play, saw a new program, so I did that. I don’t have all day to play, so I play a bit before and after work and kids and errands take up my day.

This isn’t glitching or cheating the game. It’s honestly not even the fastest way to gain xp. It’s just playing the computer on rookie and just putting up a ton of runs in a 9 inning game.

As somebody that works with a lot of hardware, check your available disk space. Try to make sure you have at least 20% available when installing a game like this.
You are probably in a situation where on old PC's, a good defrag would solve most or all your issues.
Just trying to give a different perspective. If you are playing on an external drive, swap it out for something else and put this on the native system drive.

The crashing is unrelated but if you are putting up 40 runs in a legend CPU game you are glitching something lmao

Apparently some people think if you don't play like them it's "glitching" lol. They have no idea what that word means. Just their easy answer so they don't have to help anyone out yet still give their horrible 2 cents on a subject.

The disk space is a good point. If that isn’t the case you can also try clearing the cache. That seems to fix many issues with Xbox.

I’m at 60% free. I cleared some stuff up the second time it happened. I’m really bummed on this series x. On my third one now, first one wouldn’t let me do anything on the store, and all they said after all the fixes didn’t work was just to factory reset. It would work for a day or two. They said to just keep doing the reset—hard pass. Second one was just shutting down every 5-15 minutes. Third one seemed good for a couple months, but now this stupid problem. I know it’s probably app related, but still.

I did get to 22 once a couple years ago with my end game hero squad. For me that was monumental
