Momentum Dont even matter in post season !!!!

I see why momentum matters during the season & why every game mission needs to be accomplished to ensure those simulated wins. However once you reach the playoff's, you will play every single game back to back ranging from 6th inning onwards. So why do they still give you momentum earned at the end of the game if it means nothing at all because you will have to play the next game no matter what. THIS REALLY MAKES NO FREAKEN SENSE !!!!! LMAO

I have assumed that it might help determine what situation you enter those games in. If you have no momentum maybe you jump in and your losing. If you have positive maybe it is tied or you are up one.
Again, that is just an assumption. They have always said, I believe, that you will play part every post season game. Just the way the mode was designed.

During a 162 game season, winning or losing 2 or 3 games in a row won't kill your whole season. However, some playoff rounds are best of 5, and winning the whole round just because you won the first game is too much of an advantage, or disadvantage if you happened to lose the first game. I agree with Dolenz. The momentum is subtle, like starting out with a man or men on base, or being up by only a run.
