Reset Password - No Reset Code

I attempted to reset my password and it sent me the email that is suppose to contain a code. However, there is no code in the email and when I press the button, there is no reset code provided. I think this system is broken as now I am locked out of my MLB the Show Account and unable to link my Twitch to receive drops.

Same problem I have. Been trying for over a year to get this remedied. I hope they fix it soon.

Bro I can’t even remember my username I made 3 years ago and they won’t help with that. I’ve sent like 10 tickets.

Just got an answer from Support that the issue is being worked on. (It's been in process since last year, if my emails from Support are correct.) I hope this one can be fixed soonest. It should have been fixed long ago. Not being able to change a password alone should be a high priority fix.

I have the same problem I can't link my new switch account because I forgot.y password but I know what email I used as it was the same as my PlayStation email but got no code
