"Ballplayer conflict" error every time I start up the game on Xbox.

Every time I start up the game on Xbox, I get an error that says:

"Your local ballplayer data is different than what's on the server. Choose which save data you want to keep."

It asks me to keep one, yet when I do, it still asks again at next startup. The serverside player is 65 OVR Joe Random, local player is my Rtts player. In DD, I can only use Joe Random and not my player regardless of which player I choose to keep. Is there a way to update the serverside player with my rtts guy?
