I’ve had a ton of fun playing the game so far, but although I know more content will be released, it feels like there’s just an overall lack of content right now compared to previous years. And it feels like the content that we do have does not yield much opportunity to earn stubs.
For NMS players, how are we feeling about completing all the collections this year? It feels like the only way to get stubs right now is to work the market. I’ve always spent a ton of time flipping cards, and I’ve done the same this year (I have 900+ pages of completed orders already).
The removal of team affinity programs really removed a lot of opportunity to earn organically through the game. Meanwhile SDS is releasing new Diamond cards almost daily… this all seems intentional to try to get people that want to complete all collections to spend more $.
How are the NMS people feeling right now about the lack of stubs in the game?
Last year made NMS mean nothing, SDS gave away to much to easily that when someone said NMS I would roll my eyes because they were bragging a out the easiest thing ever.
NMS this year will actually take skill time and planning to compete things. Quit feeling sorry for yourself and play the game and learn the best way to make stub cause isnt that the best part of NMS

Did you earn and sell every events reward? Did you sell the WS reward? Did you sell all 6 sellable fotf cards? Did you flip the market? Did you sell every single duplicate card in your inventory? Did you sell every stadium, equipment, perk, etc? You should sell every single thing you can get your hands on until live series is done. We are not even 3 weeks Into the games life cycle and all these stubs are there for the taking. The path to collections is there. It takes time and patience.

Removing Team Affinity killed it for me. I’m still playing but I’m definitely not enjoying it as much. And had I known it was going to be like this I definitely wouldn’t have preordered the deluxe edition and would have just played the version on Game Pass.
Honestly more annoyed than anything that they waited until the day of early release to announce such sweeping changes that crippled the no money spent style of play.

hi mate good morning - yes i sell everything that has value - and i have been collecting all of the LS commons per team too they are so cheap (like 5 stubs each)

The fact that your only come back to my statement is to call me a child really tells me everything. You have no Actually rebuttal to my point because you know it true. The reason everyone is so upset with the changes is because you aren't getting 10 TA packs for doing 3 exchanges and 5 moments. Present to me why these changes Actually hurt this game beyond "I am not getting reward with as many packs" or "there is nothing to grind in this game"

Can't say as I disagree entirely with your premise. I was/am annoyed they took away TA because it kept the market afloat with inventory and I enjoyed playing showdown. Now showdown is a waste of time and a game mode IMO.
There were really only a handful of cards that were good enough last year to be usabe in RS and that was a major problem for me - OP cards being too easy to obtain. OP cards should never be easy to obtain.
I wish SDS could find balance between keeping TA and not giving away easy-to-obtain OP cards that ruin gameplay but they really haven't been it seems. Kershaw, Kluber, Degrom, Cabrera, etc. They really struggle balancing this aspect of the game.
That said, I'm still eating in the market and making my stubs and will be done LS this week so the removal of TA hasn't had a massive impact on me other than my enjoyment for showdown being ruined.

Actually the only online mode I play is events and I take my Ls and I battle for every win cause that's how you get better but let's also look at what I have done.
Mini season
All conquest maps
1 of the showdowns
Some of the moments
Babe program
City connect program
Nationals program
The PXP player missions
The team build mission
Division pxp missionI play this game all aspects of it cause that is how you get the most out of the game. I make a plan on what I want to execute and focus on it. I don't have all collections done or BR or RS done. I have 100k+ of stubs in the bank
Play the game that's it Play the game anyone who is complaining is because they aren't getting there 10 bronze TA packs to make them feel good for turning on the game

There’s no need for a rebuttal when your « point » is to imply that if you don’t play online you’re a wimp, you flex your video game skills and you’re one sentence away from dropping « everyone gets a trophy generation » or the p*ssyfication of ‘Murica…
Actually the only online mode I play is events and I take my Ls and I battle for every win cause that's how you get better but let's also look at what I have done.

Division pxp missionI play this game all aspects of it cause that is how you get the most out of the game. I make a plan on what I want to execute and focus on it. I don't have all collections done or BR or RS done. I have 100k+ of stubs in the bank
Play the game that's it Play the game anyone who is complaining is because they aren't getting there 10 bronze TA packs to make them feel good for turning on the game
You list your Show "accomplishments" and then advertise that you "make a plan...and focus on it"?

I would agree that it’s very tough. One of my favourite parts of this game is the card collection aspect and they’ve made it near impossible. Which is their choice I suppose.
Removing Team Affinity killed it for me. I’m still playing but I’m definitely not enjoying it as much. And had I known it was going to be like this I definitely wouldn’t have preordered the deluxe edition and would have just played the version on Game Pass.
Honestly more annoyed than anything that they waited until the day of early release to announce such sweeping changes that crippled the no money spent style of play.
If you said you were no money spent in 21 it ment NOTHING, 21 was to easy because of TA it ruined the game because it made every other aspect of the game worthless both because of the level of players available as well it some gave to much away packs and stubs wise for very little effort.
I am so glad TA is gone cause it will force people to actually play this game and compete and it's pretty clear on this forum that yhe competing part has really got some people bent out of shape cause there are daily post to the affect of "this game rewards bad input, this game have comeback logic, this games made for little billy" no sunshine it's actually just you, you got to comfortable doing TA exchanges and TA conquest with you "NMS God squad" and aren't actually good at this game.
Suck it up and get in there and figure out how to do this year's game.

I'm NMS and i've completed 16 teams and the free agents. Pretty much all i have left for LS is the more expensive diamonds (Vlad, Trout, Ohtani, Acuna, DeGrom, Turner, Tatis etc). Im not one of those "I GOTTA HAVE IT ALL AND I GOTTA HAVE IT ALL RIGHT NOW THIS SECOND!!!" types so i grind and chip away at my collections til they're done. I'll probably have the LS done done by the end of May.
