I'm almost parallel 4 with Randy. He's the best pitcher this game has ever seen. Clemente is easily my best hitter and that includes my monster cap and trout. He has tons of pop this year. Last year he was buns. He is a true 5 tool player. I feel he is like last year's 99 Jackie just a little slower with a cannon. Frank is frank. Power hitter, slow swing. Can be replaced in a month or platooned with someone like prince fielder. Mussina is good not amazing. Unlock him the earlier the better. Utley is a stud. Fielder is a stud. 96 Jansen is really good. Napoli looks good but I haven't used him. I really like grandal and just unlocked 91 adley. Trying him for now. Get collections done as soon as you can as they will all become less usable the longer the year goes but I could see myself using randy and Clemente for the long haul. Clemente has surprised me the most. He's just really good. Go NL before AL if you can.

I wasn't going to do the LS this early, but decided there was just no use hoarding stubs and that the Big Ticket Cards will only go higher the next few months. I agree the rewards didn't blow me away, but I've now completed the entire AL, and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised with Big Frank's swing this year. I'm not sure if they've changed it or what, but he seems far easier to hit with this year and his swing just feels smoother. Was it worth locking in Trout, Ohtani and Vlad Jr? Well, I think those 3 will continue to go up in price (I bought them all on the market...NMS), but better to do it now if your gonna have a shot at it. I still need Acuna, Turner, Degrom, Max and Tatis in the NL, so It will be a bit before I get Clemente or Randy unless my free pack luck starts to get better.....been pretty bad this year.....

I'm kinda surprised people aren't more excited about Randy at least. I can't wait to hane that card in my arsenal. Frank didn't do it for me last year but I've seen lots of people say they didn't like somebody's card one year and loved it the next.
I've got the NL Central done and at least 2 teams in every other division. I definitely habe had some solid pulls, Trea Turner being my best. I've gotten Scherzer 2x. Jose Ramirez, Marcus Semien, Gerrit Cole, Bryce Harper, Liam Hendricks, and several others. I'm in no hurry. I didn't started playingast year until end of May and still had the collection done long before the dark days of Jansen Junk and Johnathan Diaz.
I think some are miffed that it's a card from when he was a Mariner.
You might as well put him in an astros jersey. He's a dback.
Alot of people don't know he came to us for 1 season at the trade deadline. Had an amazing second half as well. Then he went 10-1 with a sub 2.0 Era.
That sounds like something they would have done last year hahaha. He was terrific that year for the Astros. 98, can't believe the Pads got past him in the NLDS.
I mean, he was with the Mariners for 10 years, won more games with them, had more strikes outs. I'm not arguing that his best years were as a Mariner. Obviously his 4 straight Cy Youngs, World Championship and Perfect game were in a Dbacks uniform but he definitely had a lot of success in Seattle.
I had to edit my comment like 6 times because I was on baseball reference and the man had a crazy career. A true hall of fame.
Hahaha, you and me both dude. I forgot he went back to the Dbacks, I forgot he started with the Expos. Top 10 pitcher all time at least.
I like to think of Randy from his time with the Yankees.

Is it best to just save up for trout and let the rest come as NMS?

I wasn't planning on completing it right away either. But after some thought and help from people on here; I decided to sell off some rewards I bought, that I planned on holding onto for awhile, to buy Trout.
Now I have 200K and debating if I want to buy Ohtani and another player or wait.
Thing is, I'm going to either buy them and have no use for them or just let the stubs sit there since I'm done playing when I start the new job next week.
Wonder if I can get it completed in that amount of time?

Just missing Tatis. I’ve pulled Trout, Acuna x2, DeGrom, Arenado x4, Soto a few times...luck has been good this year.
I’ve cleared my binder a few times to rip 50 packs for the hell of it. NMS.

I was just stupid and bought both big dog packs for fun. I never get rare pulls on those but miraculously I did on both, sold them immediately even though I really want that Yelich card. So I used those stubs to finish the Cards, Brewers and the NL Central. I have 12 teams left.

If I remember correctly I have Boston, Tampa, Cleveland, CWS, and Philly done. May be one more.
And I have Mookie, Muncy, and Buehler for the Dodgers along with a few other low end Diamonds.
Could probably take my 200K and finish off all the teams without a Diamond and maybe a few with (KC and Minn) or I can buy Ohtani and the other ones I need for the Angels. And start saving back up for the other 90s.
Again, if really doesn't matter what I do because of the new job.

I spent a few bucks but completed it last week and now just working on grinds/flips to buy the last BR card I need (Pedro) and then I’ll probably shift to completing the FOTF cards next I think. Enjoying Clemente as I never really used him much last year.

I've had good pack luck from running the mystery CQ map more times than I can count. 17 diamond pulls on the year so far, including Trout. But unless programs start rewarding more packs/stubs I won't finish the LS collection anytime soon, if at all.

It’s a good time to rip 50’s after a roster update. More than likely make your money back even if you don’t pull anything great.

Not sure. I have not been flipping as much as I should be. I had some good pack luck. if not it is close to that.

I'm no where close I have around 70k in stubs and have Pirates Rockies and A's finished. I am close with Mariners and a few others. I was lucky to pull Bieber, Freeman, and Harper from packs so that gives me a good position for some of the other teams. Usually I get it finished by June or July however there are several newe high priced cards there have not been there in the past like Turner and Ohtani.
