GIVE US AN UPDATE FOR PATCH 4
-
It is absolutely ridiculous that they give us ZERO information about the next update when many people, myself included, can't even play mini-seasons. It is total BS and completely unfair to everyone how little transparency and communication have given us.
-
Like how does it take 3+ weeks to fix this unhandled server exception issue, and how do they think it's okay to not communicate with us on maybe why its taken so god [censored] long to fix a bug that has been known since early access launch day. Complete [censored].
-
Preach!!

-
@Victor_SDS_PSN Mr. Community manager, do you have any updates on this 2 1/2 week old bug?
-
They will tell you the night before it releases will no warning before. That's just how they do it every year. Unfortunately, there is very little transparency and communication anymore.

While Victor is a name, it can also be used in other contexts.
"To the victor, the spoils"
"The Spoils of Victory"
But do you know the origin of the word? It comes from Latin, meaning "Champion"
Translation to other languages:
Spanish: "Victor"
Portuguese: "Vencendor"
French: "Victor"
Italian: Vincitore
Swahili: "mshindi"
Afrikaans: "Oorwinnaar"Interesting side note: While my wife and I were shopping at the grocery store last week, a couple gentlemen came in speaking a language we had never heard before! Mind you, my wife is Brazilian and speaks all of the Latin languages fluently. So I said "kind gentlemen, what is that language you are speaking?"
"Afrikaans" the man said "We are South African! we are here doing work on the new Wind farm being built south west of town".
It was a pleasant conversation, and as always, support your migrant workers. They are helping build a better country for us all!

Not often but I feel informed more. Like I read something here and gained some sort of useful information. By all means this information has little value to me but I feel smarter knowing it

@Victor_SDS_PSN Mr. Community manager, do you have any updates on this 2 1/2 week old bug?
Considering he's the Community Manager for the FORUM; I highly doubt he has any say, or knowledge, of the developmental side of the GAME
They did say that it there was no ETA of the next patch during the stream this past Friday.
If they don't know an ETA; how are they supposed to give you one?
It's not like they can just throw some dirt on it and be done with it. They probably have to code, test, code, test, and the rinse and repeat.
They won't give an ETA until they have a definite answer.

You'd think they would have found this problem had they just properly tested during the actual development of the game? instead of just making the customers suffer while they still just count our money. You'd think they would be pretty close to a fix considering it has been known since day 1 of early access, so just saying we are working on it and not giving us any information is pretty pathetic.

Community Managers are supposed to be the messenger between the players and the developers, at least that’s what some have said their job description is. My guess is they do have some knowledge of what’s going on in terms of patches and planned content updates.
But your point about coding and testing is right, patches also have to be approved by Microsoft on the Xbox side before they go live. I’m sure PlayStation and Sony act in a similar manner.

Shady has quite a linguistic history, one that perhaps includes your very own ancestors!
The word shade originates from the Middle English word "Schade", and the late Old English "scead." It also has roots in Proto-Germanic languages, "Skadwaz", Middle Dutch "scade", and modern Dutch "schaduw.
It's earliest common documented uses are from the early 17th Centuries, and the combination of multiple languages to create the word shade, or shady, is somewhat of an accidental marriage of competing languages in a time in which there was massive conflict across Europe.
You see, the word shady is a story of love and hope. Out of war came a marriage of languages, a joining of cultures, a new beginning. From death and destruction came an opportunity for you right now, Easter Sunday 2022. You typed the word SHADY.

The community manager I tagged has a pinned tweet related to people sending him bugs and him passing them onto the right people, hence why I tagged him. Just an update on the progress they are making on the patch would be nice, anything but this radio silence BS.

Maybe they could compensate those that can't even play mini-season in some way, considering there has been minimal content and I don't want to just replay the nation of baseball conquest until the quit D!cking around and put a patch out.
