That's the thing lol I don't own a smoker.
I use a kettle grill. The egg shaped one.
You can smoke/ slow cook on it with a slow and sear tho.

I’ve got a Traeger. Love that thing. I clean mine out completely about once a month. It’s not bad. Mostly changing lining saturated with grease and using a shop vac to get the pellet dust. More involved than just cranking up the heat.

I thought about buying one of those. They look awesome. The commercial makes it look like you just throw the food on and control everything from your phone.

Pretty much. The app is very handy. I was hesitant to spend that much, but it’s been a worthwhile investment.
