That's the thing lol I don't own a smoker.

I use a kettle grill. The egg shaped one.

You can smoke/ slow cook on it with a slow and sear tho.

I’ve got a Traeger. Love that thing. I clean mine out completely about once a month. It’s not bad. Mostly changing lining saturated with grease and using a shop vac to get the pellet dust. More involved than just cranking up the heat.

Pretty much. The app is very handy. I was hesitant to spend that much, but it’s been a worthwhile investment.
