I was up 8 to 5 in bottom of the 9th with 1 out and nobody on. His next 4 of 5 at bats were bombs and perfect cracks in spots he could touch me before hand and ended the game beating me 10 to 8. I just checked the log. You left Darren O'Day in for 1 and 2/3 innings and he gave up 5 runs. That means his stamina was already somewhat depleted from the 8th inning. Then you let him give up a bomb with 1 out in the 9th...and left him in to get tagged for 4 more runs. Everyone knows confidence drops like a rock under those circumstances and the opponents PCI gets bigger, which means it gets easier and easier to knock you around.
You didn't lose because your opponent cheated. You tried pulling the same nonsense last year claiming everyone was using Cronus. You just don't know what you're doing.

Maybe you changed pitchers? Brought in a reliever that he sees well? IDK. Seriously doubt he did something that is considered cheating though based on what you said.
Brought one in the inning before who got all 3 batters in the 8th and a side arm at that. The guy was toying with me . He was doing things in the game made sense afterwards. Even in top of ninth he intentionally walked one of my batters just to put him on base for no reason down by 3 runs. He would do stupid stuff on fly balls etc.

Maybe you should investigate the person I played. He has no history here last year and he averages 25 hits a game and 8 bombs a game. Kid is a cheater. I'd give his name but this may not he legal.
