    I have a CAP pitcher who throws underhand. but he doesn't throw 100 mph, only pitches from the stretch when it's appropriate to the situation and I rarely steal. Am I still a tool? lol

    Absolutely nothing wrong with picking a submariner. There are plenty of them in MLB.
