Doubtful, but if he does just wait. He won't be a diamond or even a gold so the market should become saturated with his card eventually.
But, If you want to get the cubs collection done you need to do it in the next couple hours because he probably will make the cubs collection harder to finish, for at least a few weeks until demand dries up.

Are we positive that there will be a roster transaction update today? And did he already sign with the union?
Remember, it took SDS a few months last year to put in that Reds player.
