Disabling crossplay issues

I disabled crossplay through my console but in game is showing crossplay still turned on. Anyone else having issues?

Are you leveling up on your different console because I set up my switch for cross play and since doing so I stopped leveling up I’ve probably played an entire season of road to the show and 10 games of diamond dynasty and am still at level 1.
