What is your PCI setup?
-
Diamonds, no inner, no outer, white with 30 transparency so its barely visible
-
Diamonds, wedge, no outer. Yellow and 70%.
-
I turn pci off as well. I can track pitches so much easier.

Genuine question - I see a lot of top players using wedge and have never asked; what is it that you like about it? The asymmetry doesn’t bother you at all?

It's what I used ever since 15 so I've grown kinda used to it. For me it also somewhat represents the shape of the barrel of a bat or at least it does more than the other options.

Diamonds, wedge, no outer, cyan at 70% transparency.
-
Directional….it’s juiced this year.
-
Circles, wedge, no outer, but I fade the wedge so its just circles when pitch is coming in and yellow at 50% like somebody else said, wedge is most like the shape of an actual bat

I turn pci off. It's less of a distraction. Tried it a couple years ago and haven't looked back. Obviously still use zone hitting. Pci is invisible.
How does that function, though? Does moving the left stick actually do anything in that case? Not sure if I ever read a breakdown on how the result differs from one hitting scheme to another.
Yes it functions exactly the same you just don't have the visual of the PCI on the screen. It is less distracting and more realistic looking in my opinion. You still have to control the PCI with the left stick.

Or just think of it like this:
