Best Non-Diamond Players?
-
Rafael Devers hits nothing but moonshots. So yeah, him.
-
-
Castellanos, plays a surprisingly solid 3rd base for me and his bat is crazy. Also Prospect Drew Romo if you need a catcher; switch hitter with sneaky pop and solid D.
-
Larry Walker, LS Colorado is very easy to complete and despite beign a gold card Walker rakes. 3 doubles and a timely RBI single in 4 at bats so far.
-
LS: Rafael Devers, Tyler O’Neill, JD Martinez, Trevor Story, Paul Goldscmidt, Carlos Correa, Yu Darvish, Freddy Peralta to name a few.
The Gold Robbie Ray card is solid and you just have to beat the starter showdown.
Some of the legends and flashbacks gold cards in FotF are great for me: Jim Edmonds, Johnny Damon, Alan Trammel, John Smoltz, Brian Wilson, Mariano Rivera and more.

Goldschmidt is a diamond card hiding as a gold
-
Gold Griffey Jr
Gold Jimmy Rollins
Gold George Brett
Breakout AJ Burnett -
I made a post about a week ago but don't know how to link it. That Winker is amazing versus righties. Only gold left in my lineup is Catcher Will Smith. He is better than Piazza. Castellanos is really good. Goldschmidt, Oneil. Tons of guys out there. Alot of them have good splits so if you can platoon them that would be amazing.

I would second that. I’d like to add Cedric Mullins. Mullins doesn’t hit bombs like Devers but I feel he’s the most well rounded.

Javier Baez is a great card I see very few using, and a plus defender as well.

Silver Loup card is excellent

For as bad as his Contact is...I've been murdering baseballs with Patrick Wisdom.
