Has anyone who played the Test Tech, been told they would be getting a Test Tech Pack yesterday? Did you receive your pack yet? I logged in today and haven’t gotten mine yet.

The only Test Tech pack I got was around the first day. Are you talking about a different one?

I got that email the other day also and haven't received any pack. -
Dude, it's probably a silver item pack. Don't get too excited.

I received the same email the other day. I just assumed it was a delayed email from when I got one a week ago.

If you opened a Tech Test pack day 1; you won't get another. The email was sent via Internet Explorer; so it was delayed.

I got mine on like day 2 of early access but I got the email today. They're just slow and miss the mark... even on notifying us on the simplest of things.

Yeah I got an email, but no pack @SDS_Jax_PSN please check for me right away.

We got them already. Soon after you logged in to the show 22 for the first time. Notice was just late.

The email was a reminder. If you participated in the Tech Test, the pack was automatically granted upon booting the game up.
If you did participate in the Tech Test and did not get the pack, just submit a support ticket and we can investigate.

And then get an email that says all your nissing items are back in your account and they really are not.
This is truly a joke that multiple users have stated they have gotten said email only to not get items back.
This is a shame that this happens and people probably still keep there job
