I have also had the same issue. Really frustrating to have all of the championship rewards be so close, yet completely unobtainable at the moment.

Hopefully we don’t get booted from the championship round. I would really like to not have to replay 31 games at a bare minimum to reach the finals again.

It has been two days since I reached the Championship game in mini seasons and I still cannot even launch the mode because I keep getting the unhandled server exception. Just got disconnected for the 3rd time and I lost the series. Was fun to lose all this time playing........ SDS next time bring vaseline please I'm sore, same old shnit every year .... server is down server this server that ... CHANGE YOUR FOCKIN SERVERS

Just sweated out the final win against an all collection team in the championship game and…BOOM.
No xp. No 15 packs. Just a frozen screen. Thanks SDS. What a potentially fun experience you’ve botched.
Oh, and just for fun…please explain why the CPU warms up relievers in conquest, but not in mini-season games. Every pitchers at the CPU’s disposal comes in fresh, well rested, and I don’t get to see who is warming up in its bullpen.
Oh, and shout out to the art department.

They replied to my ticket with “we are aware of the issue. We can’t assist you further at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
I then asked if I need to reset to get the mode to work again or wait it out. And they copy pasted the same reply with slightly more customer service friendly wording.
My guess is we will have to reset the season and play another 30 games if you want the Longoria and other rewards.

This just happened to me. Advanced to championship game and boom now i cant even enter the mode. I wanted the longoria card so vad and grinded for it and the XP. If we don't get a fix and they make us play all games again, I swear I will never buy another future copy of this game. Been playing the series for a decade. Its 2022. Fix your f***ing game. You have the money.

Just became a victim myself.....won 8-2......got mystery mission done.....pitcher credited with win and poof game froze....got the loss and didn't get mystery mission done even though I did....thanks so much for involving a broken mode in the game

Me too. Second go-round with this mode. Made it to the finals again and yes I am getting the unhandled server exception.
I just want to get this over with so I can get my Longoria card, my 10K stubs, my XP so I can never play that stupid mini season garbage ever again. I hate it more than I hate showdown, and I despise showdown.

At everybody in this thread, it’s broken for sure and for now I suggest you play a different mode. Go play RTTS until a patch comes

Same thing happened to me and I sent in two tickets and they finally responded to me with a very generic response saying that they are working on it and sorry for the inconvenience. How am I supposed to feel after waiting multiple days for a response just for them to give me that. Worst gaming experience that I’ve had ever probably, grinding 30 games for none of it to matter.

I'll keep bumping this as well, now on day 6 of not being able to enter the mode. Just want my favorite players' card. Pretty annoying.

You've been making this game for 100 years, fukkkkking fix this bullsh!!!!!t already!!!!!!!!!!!!! Every year the servers are trash and there's 9 million bugs. Have some self respect.

Exactly what's happening to me. Won the first game, 2nd and 3rd games crashed on me in the 3rd inning each with a multi-run lead, giving me defeats. Had to grind to win game 4 and 5, and sure enough now i'm getting this bs error. I can't start a new season, I can't do anything. Clicking on Mini Season just gives me this error over and over.
