Challenge Replay Didn’t Show

Hey Everyone
Usually when you get a chance to challenge a play, it automatically shows you a replay so you can decide to challenge or not but it didn’t show the replay. I’m playing franchise and use all the same settings as I normally do as in previous years. Anybody else experience this? -
