Cannot play - Unhandled server exception

I have been experiencing unhandled server exceptions for 3 days. I have uninstalled the game, restored licenses, reset the cable modem and still receive this network error message. Other online games are running fine.
Also, the companion app is not allowing buy order or sell orders to post. It keeps giving me an account error. I dont know how to tag sds in this post, but if anyone knows a solution, I would love some guidance.

To add to the confusion, online exhibition is working. It seems to be an issue solely with diamond dynasty. I even called Playstation tech support in case it was a hardware/corrupted file issue. Did some troubleshooting, and they advised I contact SDS. Thanks in advance for any guidance.
