Black Flashes when pitch is selected - Xbox Help

Has anyone been able to fix this issue when a pitch is selected? It is much more prominent when I am the pitcher. However, I see it when I am the hitter. I am starting to get some pretty serious headaches after a few batters when pitching. If you have been able to fix please let me know how.

Happening since last Thursday for me too. No idea how to fix it though I just keep sending in bug reports

This is very upsetting. I just requested a refund for the game as this is a legit health warning as it could induce seizures. Very sad that no one from the developer team either on this forum or on twitter are acknowledging this, especially with the large amount of evidence from the player base.
