Can’t connect to online

Every time I load into the main menu it instantly disconnects me and won’t connect me and from my google searches I’m the only one to have this problem does anyone know a way to fix this

Need more info man. Is this in game? What system, I am assuming Xbox, and what have you been able to do so far?
