My switch and PlayStation count are linked but won’t let me play it cross progression my diamond dynasty team did not transfer and I can only play road to the show with my guy if it goes back to bronze

I had similar issues. What I did wrong is when linking it asks what game save you want to use. You have to choose the one you started first playing on to bring that team and information forward. Scared me at first as I thought I lost all my progress to date. Unlink and make sure to choose the account with the progress you want to use. It worked for me.

When you linked, you chose the wrong account as your main one. Unlink and then relink them but this time, choose your account that has your DD team that you want. The accounts do not combine assets. Only your main account assets are shared across devices.
