Lost Stubs After Canceling a Buy Order

I was canceling a buy order for Live Series Mike Trout last night (about 325k stubs) and I did not get those stubs back. As I was canceling, the servers went down too. I now have no stubs and no Mike Trout in my inventory. Have sent in a support ticket but no response yet. What should I do about this?

Only thing you can do is wait for them to fix it.

Hope that they actually fix it. I lost stubs buying yelich last year and they never reimbursed me for it.
I don’t pre order the game anymore and only grind conquest the first week or so to avoid this kind of [censored] because it happens every year
