How soon can we expect a response to our emails? I submitted both of mine on the 2nd and haven't received a response.

I submitted my ticket on the 1st for an unlockables pack that I lost because the servers crashed while I was making my selection but I haven’t heard anything other than the auto generated email that they received my ticket.

I've only played 5 games and already faced a Freeze Glitcher... why cant yall fix your game. Make it to how madden does it if any connection is lost, the game is a wash.

My ticket just got resolved (submitted early Saturday morning), stay patient everyone, they’re working on getting everyone’s issues resolved.

I’m glad this is being acknowledged finally. My ticket was submitted on the 1st, just awaiting for a response/resolution.

are the buy orders still visible? and if they aren’t, are the cards you placed buy orders for in your inventory? if they aren’t visible and the items aren’t in your inventory but you’re missing stubs then chances are you’ll have to contact support and get it resolved

I contacted them Friday. Still waiting. Appreciate the feedback

I submitted mine on the 1st was missing acuna make sure to send all pics you can in also if they do reply and doesn't seem they even read your email just tell them what your missing again and re send the pics they seem overwhelmed just stay calm and follow through they will fix it I was worried but they proved me wrong

Hi Victor I canceled a LS Mike Trout buy order and lost the stubs for it (about 325k). Submitted a ticket. How long should I expect to get a response.

Hi Victor, I submitted a ticket #152730 on April the 1st for an missing Oakley Diamond Sponsorship I purchased on 03/31/2022 at 11:46 pm central time. I have not received the item or my stubs back for the purchase.

I am missing my marbles! I mean, I had them a few days ago, and now everyone is telling me they are gone. I dont know where they are or even what they look like. Please return them, please.

I lost a LS Mike Trout that I had a sell order for. Cancelled the sell order, and server kicked. Then he was gone from my inventory. Sent a ticket in early morning 4/5. Still no update and do not have my Trout back.

Keep in mind, since then his price has dropped over 50k, so I have lost value. Completely dissatisfied with the turnaround to fix such a huge game mistake. 400,000 stub loss.

What pictures should I include? I have packed him 3 times, sold one, kept one, and then 1 disappeared. I would be happy to include pictures but I am not sure what pictures will help expedite the process of getting back my player or the 400,000 stubs.

I just wish we can get the missing players and equipment that is missing in the game. I would like to start my franchise now. I thought RidinRosters was working with SDS, so why is the minor league players not updated. If you want to start a franchise you have to wait two months now to start it. Love the game but mad I can't enjoy it now!

I got a response last night after a week telling me that I should have my missing pack in my inventory and it wasn’t there. I’m guessing I’ll get another response in a week saying the same thing.
