The Portal is Open! Trophy Issues with playing on PS4 and PS5

I started playing MLB 22 The Show on PS4 and created my Diamond Dynasty team on that. After getting The Portal is Open! trophy on PS4, I was able to score a PS5 at Gamestop's in-store PS5 drop on Saturday. I then went to play MLB 22 The Show on PS5 and cannot get the The Portal is Open! trophy because my DD team is already made from playing on PS4. Is there a way to fix this?

I figured it out I got the trophy to unlock on my PS5

It’s kinda hard to explain but I’m gonna try You need to go to the show website to your account and unlink the system you’re playing on choose a new account it’s gonna reset everything but if you unlink again you can link back your old account

Go to your account in game- select unlink account.
Log onto the show site- click baseball icon make sure only the show account is active.
Back in game select to link- get the password
On the show app- go to baseball icon- scroll to bottom of the list and there is a box to enter the cross plat code or whatever- enter it. It will then ask which account you want to link- pick the new one with lvl 0.
Back in game- load up the DD, get achieve. Gonna to account in game- unlink
Back to app- make sure unlinked-
In game get a new code to link
In app baseball Icon scroll to bottom of accounts- put in new link code- now choose your old account. Link it.
Start game- you’re GtG.
