I got it since I have an Xbox figured it would be good vs the cpu. Which it’s actually playable i just can’t believe i lost everything including the cards i got from my pre order packs.

You got the digital Deluxe for Switch? I am not sure what the UI looks like for Switch but try going into where you buy stubs and backing out.
I tried everything but it’s all gone my only hope is if a dev sees this or i can submit a ticket but the link is gone on this website.

Thanks was able to find it hopefully they can fix this bc it’s straight bs. Charge 100 bucks just to lose everything.

I'm glad I didnt preorder. I will wait just for the free gamepass standard version. I hope they get stuff fixed by then.
I am really looking towards mini seasons DD. I hear that games aren't counting as wins.

I had the same problem. Go into your profile in game, and unlink your account. Reload the game and you will have everything back. This was a problem last year as well.

I don’t think there will be a fix for this. It says (in the fine print) on Nintendo eShop, Stubs purchased on one game platform are not transferable to another. I think includes the deluxe edition 25,000 stubs. My plan was to use up the NS deluxe edition stubs and have all items etc to use on the Xbox and NS but it doesn’t work. Just like the OP said it all disappeared.
Only stuff earned in game will transfers.

I'm still trying to figure that part out and I need to wait for the Game Pass version to go live. If so, have you tried selling Randy Johnson, and then purchasing him back on your other platform so that he isn't locked to Switch? If cards from pre-order packs won't show on other consoles, then I assume you might be able to try that based on my experience with stub laundering.

If this is indeed true and not a glitch then sds straight up lied in the marketing for the game. They should have been clear on there stream and been upfront about this bc i would have never spent 100 bucks on a switch game. I had the same idea as you have the switch version for on the go and play actual RS games on my Xbox.

I hope it’s a glitch but I doubt it. They told me to contact Nintendo. I don’t even think they read through my email I sent. Just a canned reply. Glad it’s free on game pass. I hope SDS isn’t the new EA!

Did you try unlinking, then opening the packs, and then relinking while making sure the Switch is the primary? That would allow you to see if the cards in the packs themselves would make the move or not.

I had opened my packs then linked the account. What the other guy is saying is all true. If you unlink the account everything is there but if you link it then you lose everything. My thing is why was sds not upfront and clear clear about this? Why on earth would they sell a cross platform game just to lock all the content to one console? Why would anyone spend 100 bucks to just be able to use the pre order cards vs the cpu bc there is no way I’m playing online with how the game looks on switch. I imagine there’s a lot of ppl in the same boat.

I don’t think this will work as I was working the market and made “in game” stubs before I lost everything. This is some of the worst marketing I have seen. When i linked my account in 21 everything transferred from my PS account to my Xbox one I don’t understand why it wouldn’t be the same thing this year now that they added the switch.

Only stuff earned in game will transfers.
I think there was a bit of misleading going on in the marketing.The lack of stub transfer is not a problem. Just buy 25K in cards on the console you have the pre-order with. Then sell those cards. Your stubs are now considered "earned" and will show up on every console you are linked with.

So can you clarify on that last part. Does your Randy Johnson still show on Switch, but is not in your inventory on your other consoles? I'm still trying to figure that part out and I need to wait for the Game Pass version to go live. If so, have you tried selling Randy Johnson, and then purchasing him back on your other platform so that he isn't locked to Switch? If cards from pre-order packs won't show on other consoles, then I assume you might be able to try that based on my experience with stub laundering.
If I link to my show account nothing transfers. 0 stubs and none of the packs that came with the DE.
If I unlink it. Everything is back that came with the DE.
Graphics are meh on the switch but playing on the go was the idea and playing on the Xbox at home with everything transferring from the Switch. Basically I paid extra for early access.
Edit I knew the 25000 stubs wouldn’t transfer but I didn’t see anywhere it said packs wouldn’t either.
Did you try unlinking, then opening the packs, and then relinking while making sure the Switch is the primary? That would allow you to see if the cards in the packs themselves would make the move or not.
I had opened my packs then linked the account. What the other guy is saying is all true. If you unlink the account everything is there but if you link it then you lose everything. My thing is why was sds not upfront and clear clear about this? Why on earth would they sell a cross platform game just to lock all the content to one console? Why would anyone spend 100 bucks to just be able to use the pre order cards vs the cpu bc there is no way I’m playing online with how the game looks on switch. I imagine there’s a lot of ppl in the same boat.
When you say everything, do you literally mean everything, or just the cards that came out of pre-order packs? If it was just cards in the pre-order packs, maybe you could sell them all to get universal stubs, and then repurchase on Playstation / Xbox to have cards that can swap back and forth. Edit* Possibly not since you mention in your next post you were working the market already, so in theory something should be there. If it is everything that is gone, are you 100% positive that your Switch is the primary and not the other console?
If literally everything is truly locked on Switch, and they didn't even post a poorly worded FAQ until the day of launch after people had already pre-ordered, then that is a massive F* up which is unacceptable.
