Went to go open my preorder packs, after the first 4 a server error occurred and I had to close. After opening, all packs are missing. Has this happened to anyone else, and will they fix it?

I still have no pre order bonuses either. Waiting for it to be fixed

A lot of don’t have the packs or opened an lost everything, it’s just a waiting game now.

i suggest maybe closing the game and opening it, that worked for some people. i've tried everything that's been suggested and just decided to put in a ticket with support. https://theshow.com/support. Be sure to select "Account Issue".
