Is anyone else not receiving rating from ranked season wins?

I am 3-0 and one game just didn't even register so my official record is 2-0 and I just played for an hour and won 16-14 and Recieved no rank boost and no parallel boost progress.

Update the games aren't even in my game history.

I'm at work and haven't played an online game yet. I've had no issues so far though.
