They completely axed Team Affinity, but more egregiously… they made TA7 an 82 gold!

Honestly, this is incredibly disappointing. TA was by far the best program for Offline play and its gone. I never complain on here but come on. That's a huge L

This is the biggest money grab of all. To get the extra 18 cards you have to buy them from the market. Then the 1st 6 cards are random and unsellable. I thought the FOMO was bad last year and they all but tripled down this year. Gotta sell those stubs to the folks that can’t win online games.

I assume they will give us plenty of chances to get free packs in future programs. MLBTS has never really been a “money grab” game. In fact, each year they seem to try harder and harder to make every card attainable for casuals and NMS players.

So i'm not watching the stream, but is ta completely gone? I always love that grind and would knock that and conquest out together. Did they replace ta with something else?

It’s gone. They sort of merged the inning program and TA. I don’t like it based on how they explained it, but I will trust that SDS has something in mind and that this will be better than it sounds. The gameplay has plenty of faults, but SDS has been killing it content-wise for years. No reason not to trust them as far as that goes. They’ve earned the benefit of the doubt with content.
