Xbox Players Buying a Copy For Early Release?

I’m thinking about purchasing a copy to play four days early and to support SDS although it’s free on GamePass.
Everyone waiting for regular drop I’m guessing?

I did it last year I proorder the digital deluxe version as it's the only game I play however this year I am buy the switch Digital deluxe version to get early access then jump in on the Tuesday with the next gen version

Dont forget about servers being down during previous early releases and it turning into 2 1/2 days of early release

I considered it as I played a ton as a first time player. I can wait the 4 days though. I just have a thing against companies selling a more expensive copy of their game just so you can play it earlier.

You are supporting SDS by playing through GamePass. Although it's impossible to know the exact deal that SDS has with Microsoft for GamePass, most of the companies make money based on the number of downloads and time played.

I am not preordering this year. I did last year because I was pumped to finally be able to play again. However, I have no need for all the preorder items and don't feel like the early access is a big plus. I played maybe 3 games against online opponents in DD this year so as long as I can get some good live series players early on, I'm all set against CPU. I also probably won't put as many hours in this year now that my fiancée and I are living together. Just not as much free time as when I lived alone.

Because of COVID lockdown and working from home, I was able to play 21 the most out of any other videogame since I was a kid.
Now as things are getting back to normal, I don't think I'll have the same amount of time or access to play 22 like I did with 21.

I just got a Series X. I’m gonna preorder the deluxe edition because the show is all I play other than some CoD.
