    That’s all we ask SDS.

Skill should be rewarded. That’s what you promised us so that we would buy this game again.

Bring back hitting to how it was at launch. Fix hanging meatballs from perfect/perfect pitching. Fix the god forsaken defensive bugs.

Enough already with rewarding bad players so that you get your stub $$$$ money from the majority (lower skilled players).

You may continue to fool many players with your little Twitch streams, showing us “new cards,” and twitch drops but remember.... many of us that keep complaining will eventually move onto other games that are currently listening to their community if nothing gets fixed.

    18 = Slower pitch speeds

19 = Introduces errors forced by the game to control momentum swings/outcomes.

20 = Game controlling your pitching, still have errors.

*All games in the last 3 years have rewarded bad hits while nerfing good hits.

Every year they find a new way to cater to little Billy instead of making a legit, user input friendly game.

This would be my argument against dynamic difficulty. AI shouldn't be necessary to make pitching and hitting more difficult while also facing tougher competition as you climb divisions.

Of course skill is still involved, but luck also has way too much to do with it.

Funny, I’m a decent, not really good player; I usually win vs worst and lose to better. That doesn’t mean that 25% of the time I can’t beat a good player or vice versa; otherwise why have standings? Why play the game? If you want 100% accuracy, remove all ratings from the players

Just curious, what makes a player a “good player” to you?

Nobody on here has asked for 100% accuracy or ratings to be removed.

I don’t know how there is even an argument to what the Op is saying.

All we ask for is that The person that makes the better inputs wins the game. That is in fact THE POINT OF ONLINE GAMING!!!!!!

It’s the reason so many of us got behind this game another year. It’s messed up what they did.

The better player does win 90+% of the time.....look at the records of the top players, if the game were as random and user input didn’t matter they wouldn’t be having the records they do. It’s literally an impossibility.

Baseball doesn't work like this.... Even the "best players" fail to get on base 70% of the time

I have no idea what this thread means. The better player does win.. the same players are the top players, my record (21-6) is in line, even a little ahead of what I usually do. The better players do win... But if they always did, what is the point of collecting better cards???

Hey it’s a developer’s son. I found Little Billy everyone, no need to panic. Did momma leave you unattended again?!

When you are playing on HOF or legend it’s way more likely to have the better player win- On the lower difficulties it’s a [censored] shoot. My opponent struck out 17 times and made 2 good inputs and won because both those inputs were homers. Now maybe he just power swung and that’s why he struck out so much. But I went back and counted 18 good inputs. Either good/good good/squared or perfect/perfect and out of those I had 4 hits and 1 run. It’s on allstar... so I can pretty much be consistent on placing my pci on the ball. Imo. That shouldn’t happen.

This. This is what the OP means when he says the “better player should win”

Why even play the game, right? The outcome should be pre- determined based on past record. Because the better players never make mistakes. I hope you, and other elitists do move onto another game.

You may discover that you picked the wrong person to call out 🙂

It’s all good, his opinion on the game depends on if he wins or not. I’m able to look past my most recent game when trying to form an opinion on the game 🤷🏽‍♂️
