I feel like it’s a trend that will continue but extremely juiced up cards. I know there are always tons of 99s but it seems this years 99s blow away the same card from a few years ago. Compare this years joe Morgan to the Morgan from 19. Compare George Brett to the Brett of previous years. Even wade boggs. I know it’s tough on SDS because they don’t want to release the same card over and over and don’t want to make a card worse but we are probably just a few years away from Tony Gwynn with 125 power.

Server lag. I feel this was the worst year for laggy games. Not sure if the PS5 had something to do with it or what. But like others mention, usually no problems in other games.

Good question, I'm trying to think of something that really stood out and that was also something new. It's just kinda there. I don't thing that has to be a negative thing either, it was a solid entry in the franchise.
Maybe Year of the pitcher? (Hall of fame and above). Mostly because this was the first year where I could not hit on HoF lol
Last year (in real baseball anyway) was definitely the year of the no-hitter.

The year of the “messed up moments”
First year player here. On the fence about buying 22. Moments doesn’t help my decision.
They are extremely frustrating to try and do. A couple of comments about them:
1). They need to make them so we are more frequently successful with them. Good contact and good timing should be “successful “. Goes without saying that a perfect/perfect should definitely be successful

give me a player card that can get the job done without having to do the moment 25-30 times. Don’t ask me to get 8 total bases with a yadier Molina card with 30 power.

set up the situation properly. Want me to recreate tatis homer with the bases loaded up 12-0? Make tatis have 125 power and make the pitcher throw strikes.

recreate the players as well. Griffey senior should not be hitting in Washington nationals stadium with expos uniform pitchers.
Again, set me up in the moment for success. I feel like im set up to fail on most of these. If I swing too early or too late, yeah I get failing. And that does happen often. But, too often I make solid contact and solid velocity only for it to be a lazy fly ball to the outfield.

They just simply refuse to design a game where the clearly better player, in terms of stick skills, doesn’t have to play through the bs to win. It’s a shame really and makes the game not fun to play. They can’t or won’t put out legit gameplay.
