I made a solemn vow to myself to gather every card this year. I don't "need" it. I HAVE TO HAVE IT!

Degrom pitched half a season and considering how good it was I think it would be deserving of a Finest however considering his AS card I think a Finest would be a bit redundant at this point. -

No, I just check the 2019 angels inventory and he did not have that finest card in 2019. Ohtani had a finest card for the angles in 2019.

Since the current event is "Part 1" of 2, I'm guessing Part 2 will take us through mid-late March, then they announce the "Forever" event. That takes us right up to April 1 and the new 22 season.
If they release new cards in the Forever event, I'll cry. There won't be many people playing it, and I'll just have to grind through whatever players are left to earn new cards. Ick.
Follow me and remove the game from your hard drive. Need a detox before 22 drops, which I will get 1) ASAP if franchise was shown some love or 2) when it's on sale if not.
So, when it's on sale.

Yep, you’re right. It does not exist however that card art was from the 2019 season. So that tells me they intended for him to have one and didn’t release it probably because of the SS card that he had in that same year.

Trout didnt have a finest in 19. He had a signature series so there was no need for a finest. The one from this year is basically a made up finest. You can still go to the 19 market from here and confirm.

The Trout finest was from 19 even though it wasn't released in 19. It was given retroactively. It's not a 21 finest card.

I think it was in 19 they randomly released a new card halfway into 20's cycle, I'm not saying I want them to be evil and do that, but I'm not saying I don't want them to do that.

Im seriously on the fence about 22. It’s more to do with the stubborn owners/players than anything else. Hate it but I’m leaning towards skipping a year. So more players the better on 21
