Just finished taking 200 swings with Duvall and Albies against Degrom. This game is no different then 2021. I hit 2 homers and perfect contact at best case scenario would hit the wall. Degrom's mistakes do not account for anything balls straight down the middle even with good contact end up resulting in routine fly balls. Yes, he throws 100+ however a mistake pitch is a mistake pitch and these developers really have no concept of baseball. There is no way a Mayor League ball Player be it Tatis or Trout (just as an example) on 50 pitches each right down the middle at a 100+ if they can only average out 1 homerun each and the rest are routine outs that's unrealistic. This game is gonna suck. I can already tell.

just playing and looking it looks exactly the same with a hint of different looking scoreboard, that's about it. gotta say I'm disappointed. Before someone says it's only a BETA.. i've done this for the last 3 years, it's basically the game

The hardcore fans really need to take a step back and really digest this. We are being sold the same exact game with minor add-ons,1 or 2 added features and a few more player animations. The developers are preying on the hardcore player/ baseball fan. Think about it people, PS5's 2021 version added BIRDS!!!!!!! WHO FREAKING CARES ABOUT BIRDS????? OH AND THE SMOKE SCREEN CREATE A STADIUM. STILL SAME GAME. THEY NEVER ADDRESSED OR FIXED THE GAME PLAY ISSUES!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!! ALL'S THEY DID WAS ROB THE CONSUMER AND THEY THEY RAN TO THE BANK AND CASHED OUT ON THEIR EARNINGS!!!!!! NOW THEY'RE ATTEMPTING TO DO IT AGAIN!!!!! THEY ARE SELLING YOU THE SAME GAME!!!!! I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU BUT THE 2022 BETA WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A FREE TEST. WHY CANT WE ACCESS ONLINE GAME PLAY???? CAUSE THEY'RE BANKING ON YOUR LOYALTY. THEY ARE NOT GONNA ADDRESS OR FIX THE SERVERS. THEY ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO ADD PLATFORMS, NEXT WILL BE PHONES, ETC. THEY ARE JUST LOOKING TO MAXIMIZE THEIR EARNING POTENTIAL WITH THE SAME GAME AT YOUR EXPENSE.
